Weather Import

So I have expanded my fictional game to Mexico City and when I go to make sure it has the Mexico City weather for the stadium, there are no cities listed under "Mexico". Is there an updated weather file anywhere that would have Mexico City in it?

Thought you can edit much of city info ... I have seen countries with wrong language as well ... There is one I was not able to change
