Tickkid Minors (Single A) Join Date: Apr 2002 Posts: 51	Adjusting International Amateur FA Demand Cost Nevermind, it is by adjusting the cap that adjusts the costs. I'll just have to figure out where the number should be to balance the costs every few years if I want to keep it. Anyone have any suggestions on what factor I should use to move the cap with?
