Interesting (Family Ties)

Playing an older version of the game (12) I searched Ken Griffey Jr. and I was surprised to see a Ken Griffey Jr. Jr. (The Third) I looked at his profile..he went undrafted in 2017 and retired soon after.

I found this interesting as clearly the game recognized him as the son of "Junior" by there was no mention in his profile or anything. Has this popped up for anyone else seeing sons enter the game?

In a game I had going in OOTP 11, there was Ken Griffey Jr Jr and Tim Raines jr Jr.
But then there was a whole family of Griffey Jr.s and Ripken Jr.s. My team's owner died and his son was a junior, then he died, and his son was also a junior, but had a different first name.

As a junior myself, I vowed that I would never name my son after me, unless a specific set of extraordinary circumstances were to occur.

I have Delino Deshields Jr in my game ... unknown if there really is a jr playing or not. Havent had Griffey Jr yet

Deshields Jr is a real player. He plays for the Astros

It has always kind of bugged me that the game does not recognize the jr as not being a part of the last name. When the team owner "Joe Smith Jr." dies, his son should be "John Smith" or "Joe Smith III," not "Joe Smith Jr. Jr."

Agreed there should a recognition with the Jr. Jr. and with the III. Would like a listing in the history as well.
