Expansion: The Portland Pioneers (2014+)

For this dynasty I'll be playing as the newly-formed Portland Pioneers based out of Portland, OR. The other team in the league will be the Carolina Knights based out of Charlotte, NC.

Now there's gonna be some changes to the playoff system, so here's what the leagues will look like on opening day, 2014:

So we have 32 teams, 4 per division. The wildcard round will remain at one game, and will feature the #2 Wildcard against the 3rd seeded division winner, and the #1 wildcard against the 4th seeded division winner. The winner of these games advances to the division series and we're back to normal. It's basically the system the NFL has set up. That's not set in stone, I'll try it out for a year or 2, see how it works...

Next post will feature a 2013 recap, since I'll be spending all of 2013 unemployed (just watching the action)
