Composure Rating

As of right now, all pitchers respond the exact same under pressure. That's not realistic. It would add a cool extra element to the game if pitchers all had 'composure' ratings, where certain pitchers performed better in the clutch. This would influence decisions such as who to put in the game from the bullpen, who to use as a closer, etc.

Anyone else in favor of adding this to the mix?

If you agree, please 'thank' this post or respond. I really want OOTP to take this request seriously as it would be easy to implement. The more support shown for this, the more likely it will happen too!

Hmm... I see differences that seem to be based on player personality ratings. It could be co-incidence though. Do you have personality ratings on?

How can you tell that all pitchers respond exactly the same under pressure?

Is there any evidence for pitchers having different degrees of composure? At least for hitters, being "clutch" in the past does not make you any more likely to be "clutch" in the future...
