Injury rehab
In my league, the other organizations are sometimes sending players to Triple-A on injury rehab. But I havn't figured out how to do that myself. Any thoughts on this?

Once the player is eligible to come off the DL, "Rehab assignment to minors" will be an option on the transactions tab for the player. The game will advise you of the time limits available to keep a player on a rehab assignment.

Supposedly the rehab assignment helps shake the rust off. I can't see a noticeable impact in my experience.

I park guys on rehab assignments if the guy I called up to replace him is doing well and I'm not sure what I want to do. It buys time.
