The PBL needs one GM

It is an excellent league currently in it's 15th season.

We have almost perfect export rates all the time.

Great GM activity.

Great articles.

It's simply a wonderful league for anybody who loves online leagues and enjoys a league with history and active, competitive GMs.

If you are looking for afun, reliable league, the PBL is for you. We sim at a good pace, exports are close to 100% and we're entering our 15th season. Commish is phenomenal and everyone is involved!!

As a former initial member of this league with no current ties to it, I will vouch for the league's quality, and the dedication to excellence set forth by its Commissioner.

Yay! 15 seasons!

This is a very good league. The baseball is good and the GM participation is awesome. One of the available teams is in rebuild mode and has a lot of young specs, the other ended up 3 games out of the WC last season. We are just past arbitration and starting the first week of FA.

I'm the Commissioner of this league and to show the quality of the league, I didn't even get a chance to post the openings yet and some GMs took the initiative to promote our open teams.

We are proudly entering our 15th season, over 3 years real time and our forums have over 47,200 posts.

I just created a 'This week in PBL' website where its a blog style format and we have an array of high character writers (all league members who do it anonymously). We have the grouchy old beat writer who misses the old days, an 'in with the guys' writer who breaks a lot of stories, an insider to the commissioners office, the entertainment writer and more.

Join in on the fun...

BTW - ETRAIN was one of the best members of any league I had but he left and is afraid to come back using lame excuses like early history isn't 100% accurate. Wish he'd step up to the plate like a man!

I'm in my 7th season and the energy level just doesn't seem to fade. Good mix of writers, skilled GM's, and people who just like to have a good time competing against a talented GM's. Also, GM's are very helpful in sharing the knowledge with those that are newer to the game.

I found out about OOTP last year, and since then I have been addicted to the game. I love the aspect of controlling a team and getting a taste of what it might be like to be a general manager. I am a diehard Phillies fan but love baseball. This is the first game I have found that shows what is the most important part of a dynasty, a strong minor league system. I would enjoy the opportunity to be a part of the league.
