Player Popularity & Fan Interest???

Could someone explain how losing a 26-year old second baseman - who's never played above AA and only been in the org for one season - in the Rule 5 Draft drop Fan Interest 3 points?

Local pop was "unknown," and he lacks any personality traits (Leadership, Work Ethic) that might help.

Sometimes players in the minor leagues are famous for something outside baseball. Jeff Samardzija was well known for playing football at Notre Dame even before he reached the majors. Drew Henson was pretty well known in the minors. Maybe something like that, or possibly he was a high first round pick that didn't pan out for his original team and your fans hoped he would figure it out a little late.
