ONLY 1 nation generating in complex?

Help, I don't know if I checked a setting somewhere or what is happening but the only players my scouts keeps finding for me in my International Complex are from Aghanistan, he's discovered like 12 or so all from same nation. Isn't there supposed to be a wide variety of nations discovered? I am playing 14 on a MAC too

Maybe check the international amateur settings in league setup. I forget which one precisely covers this, but it is possible that it is somehow set to just Afghanistan.

My understanding is that under default settings, these international complex guys CAN come from anywhere, but most likely will come from countries with better baseball quality (like the Dominican and Venezuela).

I had this happen to my fictional International League as well (everyone was from Zimbabwe). If I set the settings to "modern major league defaults" there are no issues (but everyone is from Japan, US etc not international) but if I want essentially random nations to be generated (ie set to 100% league nation) only get one nation generated.

Wow, so is there no way get it 100% from random nations, you basically have to set it to ML defaults for it to work proper?

Not tested it, but does doing this not work properly? If not, then it should be reported as a bug:
