Minor bug; plus a question on how you want bug reports

This is a minor bug. On League News in the off season (13/05/1950) there is an error in the text:
[5-242] Montreal signed Marcel Bonin!
#ERROR:TEXT_CATEGORY::get_text() didn't find a text object for category 4.

Other signings don't have the issue, and Marcel Bonin does exist, he's a 17-yr-old draftee.

Since I just got the game and am only starting to play now, I have a question about what kind of bug / beta reports you want at this stage of development.

I can see a lot of things, and when I QA something I usually make a long list of things and submit them. I'm happy to do that though many of the things will already be reported. I can see some of them in the forums but frankly I don't want to search for every issue to see if it's already reported or I won't have time to play/test.

Do you want a long list in a single post, individual posts, an email with the list, or something else? Do you want only reports on certain things or excluding certain things?
