Logo and uniform request for solo fictional project

Hi everyone -

I am a longtime reader, exceedingly infrequent poster. I have, however, very gratefully availed myself of all of the mods you've all created (and back in the day requested a great logo from you all). It has really enhanced my enjoyment of this game (I started back in the day with APBA, discovered OOTP around version 3 or 4 I think and never looked back).

At any rate, I am hoping that I might be able to ask for a bit of help. I've been trying to put together a solo fictional project, based on a 19th century idea.

The earliest amateur teams oftentimes came together around occupations. I am going to put together a small six-team league sent in the 19th century based on this concept. The teams would play on the weekends during the summer, no financials or trading, small rosters, and exceedingly slow aging (I want guys to stick on their teams for a very long time.)

I would like to have teams called the Alerts (firefighters), Quick Steps or Vigils (police), Thesps (actors), Scribes (writers), the Solicitors or the Arbiters, undecided (both lawyers), Sawbones (doctors). Perhaps I might sub one of those ideas out for the Ploughmen (farmers).

Do you think one of the talented graphics people would be willing to take a crack at some 19th century uniforms and logos for me? I am not picky about anything except the period.

Check out these I did in the Retro thread... They are for two Negro Leagues in the 1880's... I think you could use some of the jerseys and caps, for most don't have a logo on the jersey or cap...I would like to help with the logos if you like the style that I make over in the Retro thread??? Let me know and if you want me to do these would for you... If so would you re-post this request in the Retro Thread???

I took a look at your retro uniforms and they are very cool! I think I can probably borrow a bunch of those for my league. Thanks for pointing them out!

Your Winston-Salem and Richmond logos are amazing! It would be great if you can help me out ... I really do appreciate it! Shall I just restate the request in your other thread?

Let me know which of those unis you want to use for which teams, so I can match the color scheme to the logos and I'll get started on these tomorrow...
