Is the weak talent in feeder leagues fixed?

Hi there, I heard some people here complains about the lack of great talent (compare to 13 version) created in the feeder leagues. Does anyone still have problems generating good prospects or everything works like ootp 13?

Sorry I can't find a recent post about this, I don't want to know if there was a problem, I want to know if there is one NOW...

I have run some tests before and after the first patch and the feeder league talent development is better after the patch. I think it is pretty good but there are many different expectations.

Best thing to do is try it out and see if you are happy with the feeder league talent.

Here are the results from my last test and earlier in the thread you can see my before patch test results.

I think it's definitely better now that the second patch has been releasd. It also gets better as the years go by it seems which is cool generally I would say yes it's better.
