is there a way too get notifications when a player comes on waivers. without having too look through team by team? thanks.

You don't have to look through team by team, there is a league waiver wire that shows everyone on the waiver wire.

Your League Menu button / under Transactions section / Waiver Wire. I have it as a bookmark. Every couple of days (when I remember to), I hit that bookmark and check it out.
