How Should i Properly Set Minors Schedule?

They way I have it now both AAA and AA end in late September. Both are set at 140 games. When September 1st hits MLB and they do their call ups AAA keeps giving me a message that so and so team has an illegal amount of players and i can not advance. if i turn on ghost players they dont sign enough players for AA and leaves more FA's out there.
Looking for suggestions to get this right.

I usually turn off playoffs for all minor leagues below AAA.

I also try to stagger season starts so that they're a few days apart... April 1 for MLB, April 5 for AAA, April 8 for AA, April 10 for A, and June 15 for SS and Rookie. I also shorten the A seasons to 120 games... that way all those players are available to fill in the other levels after they finish.

I changed the AAA & AA schedule from 140 G to 125 G. Schedule ends August 20th. No AA team has more then 12 players. I turned Ghost players & create & maintain hidden players off back in February. There are 507 FA. see if i get the same error come September. If i do I will just manually edit out the AA playoffs which are set to 3 games for division and 5 g for league championship. They wont finish probably until September 5th.
