Desire to play for winner --- talent/ratings

Hi there,

Quick question: if a player who "needs to play for winner" is playing on a really bad team, is he exposed to increased risk of talent and/or rating drops? Does his statistical performance suffer? I'm more concerned about the former possibility.

I am not aware of this happening and even if it does they may not be related at all. I think it is more likely that it will be more difficult to re-sign him than anythingelse.

I wish the Player for winner/ Loyalties were a little more strict.

I just want it to where certain players are almost impossible to sign before the FA signing period.

This would make that aspect more realistic for me, and I imagine making the game more challenging.
