NHL Draft & RFA rights still not working.

You aren't able to draft russians in the Entry Draft and neither can you draft some of the finnish players that should be able in the 2013 draft e.g Barkov and Ristolainen. It seems like the players are always picked in the same order too.

RFA doesn't really work. I don't know what's wrong with it but after the first season a bunch of good young players became UFA e.g Pietrangelo, Shattenkirk etc. It has something to do with qualifying offers I assume? something sure isn't working properly.

These are two gamebreaking issues for me that must be fixed really soon.
