New option for fictional historical leagues

How do I use this feature from the latest patch? I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Added an input line which lets you modify the internal historical year of the league (progressing options in game setup) which is used for auto-import routines. That makes it easier to properly set up fictional historical leagues.

On the league set up page, strategy tab....top left is a place to enter the desired year...

Thanks Questdog,

I see where I can select the year on that page but that also sets the financials to the same year. I was thinking more along the lines of this explanation from Marcus. He made it sound like there was some sort of new input line or field.

Yes, exactly! The import/recalculation routines will then use 1946 as the year.
