Error message when draft pool announced (historical league)

Hi, i'm having some trouble. I want to play a historical league (I'm using a Mac) but every time i try i get to the day the draft pool is announced and i get an error message saying that the game couldn't import the historical rookies. I checked and did some research and it looks correct to me, the path is pointing to:

rexmanning/Documents/Out of the Park Developments/OOTP Baseball 13/stats

please help, i have been messing around with this for hours and am about to just give up on this game as it's useless to me without this feature.

Point it to "master.csv", not "stats"

weird, but it worked for 1 year then I got the error again?

1 - Go here: Databases | OOTPMODS.COM

2 - Download this one: Gambo/Spritze DB for OOTP 14 (Corrected)

3 - Can't remember for sure, but I think that's a zip file, so extract it to a folder named whatever you want (I selected the original name of GamboSpritze DB)

4 - Go to your OOTP game directory (I think the game tries to install to C:/Program Files (x86)/OOTP). Anyway, open your OOTP 14 folder & double-click the data folder. Here is where you want to drag & drop your GamboSpritze DB folder

5 - Start a new game & at the beginning of the process (right under where you select which year you want to start), select the Show Advanced Options button (it says something similar to that) & then click the blue button that says like Database path or whatever. You should then be able to press the Up button on the screen that pops up & see the GamboSpritze DB folder available. Click on it to open it and then double-click on Historical Database.omb

That should see each of the teams starting the game with more than 30 total players & resolve your draft issues
