Couple Questions

Im new the series and finding the scouting on this game is hit or miss. I am the Brewers and it rates my scout overall as being pretty good. However he's totally off on nearly everyone. I know this because I was comparing what he said to the scouting 100% in a test run and he was never close on anyone. Also what is the OSA?

How can I make a backup save of my game? I'm finding no way to make a copy.

Just picked this up Thursday evening never played before and am enjoying myself its very involved, so involved I spent about 4-5 hours just indulging in what I can be doing in the coming months in between playing the show and living life. Great pick up and play while watching tv programs with the wife (most of which I dont care for).

Just found out how to do a backup

I also just tired my scout and hire Pat Gillick, old yes but he rated very high and should help me for 2-3 years. I hope to not read about his death in the next few weeks.

I'm impressed that you are smart enough to run a few test sims before you jump right in. I'm even more impressed that you understand the necessity of the back-up function right from the start.

After a while the game will become a bit easy and you will be thankful for the scouting fog of war. In fact, I bet you increase the variance in the future. Anyway, base your decisions on stats, stats, stats.

Ratings are for football fans.

Check this out too. I'm sure much of it is the same and will help out until the new manual is released.

I'm a stats kinda guy love mlb the show but really love the depth this game offers on a different level.

Still finding my scout is way off but that seems to be beauty even the best gms miss on talent.
