modern day mlb, fictional players, real stadiums?

I'm trying to start a modern day mlb setup with fictional players. I've been using the keep_it trick for a while to keep the team names when creating a league but one thing that bugs is that the game creates fake stadiums. Is there anyway around this?

Just take the parks.dat file from a league where it is using real stadiums and paste it in the new leagues folder and replace it.

This is the way I play. Easiest way I found to set up this type of league is to create new custom game and check the Major American League.

I tried that but when I do the stadiums are assigned to the wrong teams! Am I doing something wrong?

You have to manually rename all parks to the same name as the .PRK you are importing. If oman doesn't reply PM Bigrod he is the master on this subject.
Or just download Gambo's 2011 seating chart and manually enter the info which is what i still do.
