Individual GM Tendencies

When selecting the preference for trades, the whole "prefers prospects, prefers veterans" and so on as a blanket for the whole league has to go. Each GM should prefer trades based on their current team status (WIN NOW!, rebuilding, etc.).

Unless they already do this but I can't recall seeing anything like, for example, a clear pattern with "rebuilding" teams trying to unload good, expensive vets in the last year of their contract to "WIN NOW" teams at the trade deadline and I've simmed each game for the last 6 seasons.

I'd like to see GM personalities and trade tendencies added as well.
