Rehab ? Does it matter
I was wondering if putting a player on rehab really makes a difference or not.
And when should you use rehab? Any thoughts. |

My understanding is that it helps gets rid of "rust" that accumulates during a players injury, thereby increasing performance, and makes immediate re-injury less likely. I don't know how big the effect is, but I vary player-to-player on whether to use it.

All I know is that I always do it after really long injuries and sometimes when a star is injured for over a month, unless I really need them back.

^This and I usually do it after any player is injured for 3 or more weeks. The time I have them on assignment varies depending on how bad I need the player and the length/type of injury.
