Expansion with MLB

Can you expand the league with the MLB quickstart? If so, is that only if I'm commissioner? Thanks!

I could be wrong - but I'm pretty sure you can. If you want to manually have it expand when you are ready I think you need to be commish. To have your league expand randomly there is an option for that - I think.

The is an option (in league evolution) for random expansion.

I thought you could expand the league manually without using commissioner mode, but if it's necessary turning it on and off is a simple matter.

I got another similar question...I won't bother making a new post.

But I forgot to turn off the evolution expansion option. The league expanded but I didn't want it to. I deleted the new teams but I don't know how to cancel the expansion draft. I'm not sure what will happen if I draft even though there are technically no new teams. I don't want all the drafted players to get lost or something. Is there a way to just cancel the expansion draft?
