Support site down - how do we get help? (Resetting commissioner password)

support.ootpdevelopments.com is not responding, and has not been for quite a while. I need some pretty urgent tech support.

Several versions ago, I started an online league. I handed over commissioner control to someone else, who in turn handed it off to a third person. That commish now wants to convert to v14 but is being asked for the commissioner password. None of us know what it is.

Is there a way to clear/reset the commish password?

There is a problem accessing the support site but it is up to the best of my knowledge. I couldn't get in and after some trial and error I was finally able to get there.

What I had to do:

1) Clear your browser cookies
2) Go to the site to enter your username/password but DO NOT CHECK the REMEMBER ME box. If I do not check that I can get in to submit a ticket but as soon as I check that and try to log in I get a server error.
