Adjusting Pitch Count

I need some help adjusting pitch counts. I can go to Player Strategy and set a pitch limit for each player. However, my SP never seems to be pulled when he reaches his limit. They always have like 150+ pitches and stay in the entire game even though I set it to 100.

What am I doing wrong?

Have you tried to set it, via the "Edit Pitching Staff" menu?
