Question About Draft Setting

I just noticed the "Use pre-defined draft value for AI" setting for the first time. Not sure if this was in previous versions.

If I were to enable this, what would that do to the draft classes? I just want to know more about this before I start a legit MLB game.

I believe this only effect historical drafts. It'll ensure that players are selected based on their defined value so the AI will select the best players first. I also think of it as preventing an advantage because we recognize certain names who will get better that the AI won't know.
