Historical rookie random debut question

For the life of me I can't remember how this works. I created my league and am in the process of simulating a decade or two to get the league averages and financials under control.

My question is I just noticed Justin Verlander debuted in the league. When I wipe the league history to actually begin playing will Verlander ever get to come into the league? So basicly im asking if deleting the entire league history is going to reset the historical rookie database?

If it's after 2013 and you want to Draft him you have to import him or have another League feeder in to yours for the Draft that he's in because noway for Random Real People to show up in a Draft after 2013.

I suppose I should mention the league is currently in 1865. I plan on wiping the history in 1880.
