Issue with starters

I'm using a Fictional league, and I just started the regular season.
I have Rotation set to 5-man, Strict order, but yet it is using different pitchers to start games.

My last game one of my bullpen started the game. My number one pitcher has only had 1 start through 10 games.

Name G GS
Enrico Ramos MR 1 1
Juan Deleón CL 2 0
Oreste Fausto MR 1 1
Mike Lee SP 1 1
Jorge Delgado SP 3 3
Cristóbal Canseco SP 1 1
Grady Butler SP 1 1
Daniele Corbera MR 3 0
Stephen Watson MR 2 0
Tony Campbell MR 4 0
Aaron Waddington SP 2 2

Stats are jumbled up but all you really need to see is GS that is after 10 games, The first two numbers after there name are the G and GS

You're aware there are more options in 14 for your pitching staff?

Things like whether SP's ever get used in relief (you can set this to yes or no now), plus pitcher roles have changed a bit also. Be sure to check what yours are set at. Might be something there causing your problem.

I have relief for SP set to "NO"

I checked league setup under strategy and I have it set to 5-Man rotation

Also the very first game of the season my #5 Starter was the opening day pitcher

Maybe create a new game and sim a bit to see if it happens again? Could just be something weird that happened when that game was created.

Ok so I think I have found it. I went under Player strategy's and under depth chart settings put them as SP and MR and CP and so far they all seem to be going in order of the rotation.

I was thinking to do this as I have never had this happen in all my years of playing OOTP. Im going to sim some more to see if I have figured it out
