League Settings

So the first thing I'm doing with the game is something I always do, adjust the MLB QS to my liking, starting with the settings then changing some things mostly in the minors.

I know everyone has only had the game for a few hours, but any suggestions on changes to make for ratings/stats weight, trading difficulty, financials, international stuff, etc?

Usually I lower the ratings weight a bit and set the trading difficulty to hard. With the changes to the game has anyone come up with their own way to adjust these things?

If I change to allow SP in Bullpen it goes back to No and also the Computer doesn't automatically put my People on the DL when I have it set for Mike Matheny to and some how my Bench is empty and more Pitchers in Bullpen.
