International Complex Player Shows at ML level...

When I look at my complete organization in the roster screen young players in my International Complex show as being at the "ML" (Major League) level. When I think click on the player he shows as being in the International Complex.

Should they not show up at the 'IC' level or some such thing?

Yup, that can be tweaked. Please report it in the bug thread in the tech support forum
