Rios - Alvarado II (Results ITT)

Now that was a good fight! I didn't keep a scorecard, but I thought the first several rounds were close (with Rios the clear winner in round 2 and Alvarado the clear winner in round 3). Alvarado pulled away in the last 5 rounds, though. Rios seemed to lose a step in the later rounds.

Official Result: Alvarado wins by UD (115-113, 115-113, 114-113)

a great fight in whats going to go down as a classic trilogy. Even my local news and local sports talk radio covered it, altho admittedly, i am in colorado so thats probably why

That's still good news if they covered it. Hopefully Mike gets a big crowd if/when he fights in the Denver area. Bob Arum seemed open to the idea.
