Rule 5 Player Ratings Change
Playing an MLB quickstart and the same thing has happened two straight years now.
I enter the rule 5 and select 2-3 decent players according to overall/potential ratings. On the 20-80 scale, they are all 50+ on both overall and potential. However, as soon as spring training starts, all of their overall/potential changes to 20. I have not looked at their other ratings, so I am not sure if those are changing or not. Is this a bug? Or do I have a scouting setting that needs to be changed? |

Could it be that the rule 5 list is being displayed using the scouting agency ratings instead of using your own scout's ratings like in other places?

It is possible, but I dont think so. Normally when you choose agency scouting, it wont display overall/potential.

No bug IMO. They are being compared to major league players vs whatever minor league they were too good for.
