I have sent two emails to support but have not gotten an answer yet. I preordered the game with an email address that is no longer valid. How will I get the updates and notification when the game is released to my new email address?

Someone else will have to confirm this, but I think you have to go through eSellerate's support structure for that.

Bowtie, I replied to your PM, I do not have a ticket number, no one ever got back to me with anything. I do have my order id.

FYI for anyone with a similar issue. Esellerate are the people you need to contact. They fixed it in a matter of a couple hours.
