Player Creation
I am not new to OOTP but want to get more in depth. How do you create a player or coach?

Once you do, you see "Create Fictional" player or coach buttons on the bottom of the screen when you go to Free Agents or Available Personnel in your League Menu. It's pretty much self-explanatory after that. Don't forget to get out of commissioner mode when you are done, unless you prefer it. Some game players do not because it allows immunity from firing and payroll budgets, among other things.
