Any Interest in OOTP 14 with FHM Coming?

I love playing OOTP 13. I have played the series since OOTP 10. But with FHM on the horizon, I wonder if I will still keep up with OOTP since I really am only a casual baseball fan at best.

What are all of your plans? Play both? Play only one?

I will play both, but not at the same time. The longer the wait for FHM,the less I will be interested. I have never played a hockey game in the off-season,so it will be interesting too see what happens.

I don't have an answer that fits the poll. I've lost all interest in real hockey after following it for 40 years. I'll probably buy FHM as a loyalty exercise but if it has no fictional mode it wont meet my needs.

I've never followed baseball or been a fan so OOTP is not for me. I don't even understand the sport.
I like hockey since my early childhood so FHM is great for me.

I have never watched baseball and I don't understand the rules. I'm for FHM only.

You left out "FHM for Sure, undecided on OOTP" So i choice the forth choice....

I've bought ootp since 9 and i find myself very unimpressed with the new feature list. Sure AI advancement is great for all baseball lovers but i want to see more non-baseball features added. International play/customizable tournaments with full stat tracking, better awards, better HOF management for MLs to name a few. This year offers not nearly enough.

But as a supporter of FHM i might purchase OOTP eventually to support them. Don't get me wrong, i always have fun with OOTP but the features this year and last year for that matter didn't interest me. (associations did but it was a disapointment)

I was somewhat underwhelmed by the feature list for 14 as well.

Assuming FHM is launched before 14 (please keep the Q1 promise ) I may have to change my answer. All of my gaming time might be going towards FHM if it lives up to my hopes.

I was super impressed with OOTP9 when I got it during a Steam sale but sadly, you can put a fine gown on a pig but at the end of the day it's still a pig...baseball, I just don't get it...I should like it (stats, strategy, huge league) but alas, it's not for me...

But I found FHM because of baseball/OOTP so...

Couldn't vote, I don't fall into any category. My first experience was iOOTP so I purchased 13. I enjoy playing it but my passion for baseball has declined. I like 13 but I am not fanatical enough that I feel a need to by 14. Hockey is my passion and I will purchase each and every version of FHM. So I vote for satisfied and happy with 13,and bring on FHM ASAP.

I voted for 'love both' while I don't love baseball or OOTP I enjoy the game because it's so good and I watch baseball now and then, even played it for a while but hockey is number 1 always! I'll buy OOTP 14 just to support the company

I'm not a baseball fan but as soon as I heard that FHM was being made by people who helped make OOTP I bought OOTP 13 just to get a taste of what FHM might be like. I really enjoyed OOTP 13 considering I knew nothing about baseball and now can't wait for FHM!

At some point I'll pick it up...I do every year. Every few years I get it on release, but usually I'm tighter on my finances around March-April because I usually travel around that time and I'm still in hockey mode...but I always relent eventually.

Likely the same this year...when it releases I'll probably be in Québec and the late start of the hockey season will push my interest even deeper this year. I'll get OOTP 14, but probably not until early July...right around the time the Pirates have me on the hook before failing again.

I'm looking forward to the hockey game becaus eit's new and something I don't have.

I'll get OOTP 14 at some point because I'll want the current rosters once baseball season starts.

Looking forward to the hockey game. For OOTP I usually get every other version. OOTP 13 was so great, not sure OOTP 14 can improve as much?

I'm glad to see most people are looking forward to both

Personally, I'm looking forward to FHM, but won't be getting OOTP 14. Sorry, Markus , but I'm a total baseball noob, and really can't bring myself to buying every single version. I'll stick with OOTP 13 until I feel I've exhausted it.
