Insurance
How about adding an option to purchase insurance on a players contract. I think most teams buy insurance on a contract so that insurance will pay the contract if the player gets injured.

I don't think that this would be needed in an OOTP game. When a player gets injured and gets a CEI the team is only responsible for the current years salary not the whole contract, I just don't see what the advantage to having insurance would be.

it could still help for injuries that are not career ending. maybe just season ending.
