Can you turn off team owners?

Just as the title says, how do you turn off team owners? My sim league doesn't want owners taking cash away or really having any say whatsoever in the team.

I don't see anywhere in the game setup to disable ownership. The only option I see is that you can have the owner NOT set the budget. But does that also mean he won't take cash away at the end of the season? Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, I believe that setting it to "entire revenue available" prevents the owner from taking cash.

I've turned off quite a few team owners . . . with my terrible performances as GM!! Barrrum, bum, crash!

Seriously, other than what Kaaosaste said, the only way to play without team ownership interference is to insulate yourself with Cannot Be Fired.
