Game Crashes

I just sent in a ticket, but I wanted to see if any of you super smarties out there had an answer for me!

I have never had any issues playing OOTP13. This morning, I changed the resolution of the windowed mode and it caused my monitor to change the resolution of everything. When I changed the monitor back to its default resolution, OOTP now crashes when I get to the "Continue Game" screen. I click on continue, the game loads up and before it starts, the game crashes.

Any thoughts?

I don't know if it's relevant at all, but OOTP12 loads just fine.

It appears as though it is a specific game file. I was able to load a quickstart game with no trouble.

This is extremely frustrating. I had played through 16 season, PbP, covering about 4 versions of OOTP. I assume that I am SOL?

No advice, I'm afraid. I'm in a similar boat. I tried opening a ticket two or three times, (or is it four or five now, I've lost track over the weeks) but I haven't heard anything yet.

Frustrating. My rookie right fielder has been having a terrific season.

I have learned a lesson from all this. Backup all the time. Constantly.

Right now all of my MLB saves are crashing after a couple of years into it and I can't get past the date of the crash if I try reloading the save, I've tried uninstalling and installing the game again for a fresh install but maybe I've missed some files because it still crashes after some seasons into the game.

Anyone know if there's something else that I can do?
