Colorization Requests

I try not to make requests like these because I realize how difficult colorizing photos is. I also know how time consuming it can be especially for the very best of efforts. If there are already color photos available, please post. I will state that head photos or chest up photos are not what I am looking for. I would prefer to have a nice posed black and white than a color mug shot. Ideally, I like photos from just below the belt and up. Please note; colorization is only needed for the player. The background is not necessary as I will extract the player and place against a new background to make it easier. Please note also that Davalillo should have a dark hat (not red) for this photo. Thanks in advance. Before concluding, if the quality of the photo negates the quality of the colorization, please skip it. I try to pick good candidates when looking for colorization projects.

Well, I saw that Ortforshort tackled the other two so I thought I would take a crack at the Vic Davalillo from '63. The uniform seemed a little ambiguous on dressed to the nines versus a vic davalillo jersey image I found so I have presentations with blue trim and red trim. The lightness of the image plays some tricks here with Vic's skintone and the dreaded washed out bat reared its ugly head again. I colorized the bat in one sample but wasn't pleased with the results. Let me know if I can tweak it a bit if you need.

I am really sorry but after not getting the request completed here, I sent a request for Davalillo to my friend Mark who does most of my colorization projects. So now I have his and yours. I know how much work these are so again, I really appreciate your gesture. One difference is that yours is done head to toe and when I requested it from him I only asked for the knees on up. Good chance I can use both yours and his efforts. Thanks again
