Can I restart the game and play again from scratch?

I think he means a game inprogress that he maybe is getting shelled in or made a wrong move. Yes, but I don't recommend this, especially if you are like me and don't save after every game. Hit the Red X in the right hand corner of the screen ( i think it's there) Or do a ctrl-alt-delete and end OOTP 13. This will reset some preferences like screen resolution. Take your lumps and get em back next game.

Make a practice of saving a backup of your league after you have everything set up according to your preferences, but before you actually start moving forward in time. Then you can start over using your backup. I also do a full backup every Jan 1 of a continuing league for the same reason.
