To win, just like everything in life and enjoy doing so. Yes you may struggle at times but it makes the sweet taste of victory that much sweeter.

To accessorize your players so you have the most fashionable team in the league. Add racing stripes to a player's bat, give him chunky bling chains and rings, a catwalk hairdo, a designer helmet. The only thing that can limit you is your imagination.

Really depends on what you want to do - for me it's just watch the history of a league play out, see who the best players and teams are.
