Fictional players lacking game data

Ok, I created a 1985 historical league including all the standard minor leagues for OOTP13. The Major leagues look good. I checked all the minor leagues and they only included a few historical players. No fictional players were created. So I went back and added fictional players to fill up the minor leagues. So my minor leagues now have the few minor league historical players and a ton of fictional players. The problem is that none of my fictional players have any sort of game data ratings. The pitching, batting and fielding ratings are all empty and just have dashs in the data fields.

Any idea how I have the game assign pitching, batting and fielding ratings to the fictional players?

PS: Is it possible to download the OOTP13 manual? Anytime I try to move to a new page of the manual, the internet page locks up and then closes.

Are you in control of a team or just in commish mode? With scouting on and not being in control of a team you won't see the player ratings unless you edit the player. Take control of a team and you should see the ratings

Plus if you have yet to sim (a day, a week) or play the ratings won't show up either.

Just force the rescount the league, saves a day

I checked the players out with the editor and the stats were there. Just not showing up in the game. So I did the rescout and they showed up in game.
