Fictional League with real 2012 players

I am interested in a way to create a 10-team fictional league that uses current players. Ideally, I would like the league to start just as any fictional league does with the inaugural draft in January. Is there a way to do this that does not involve me using the majors quickstart and manually changing the league to my own specifications?

Create a 2012 League.

Edit League to change names/delete teams/set divisions to your liking.

Create New Schedule

Release all players, hold inaugural draft.

That should cover it other than things like logos etc.
