Player Identification - Please Help!

Hey everyone,
This may not be the correct place to post this, but by looking at some of the threads on here, you guys may be able to help me out. I've come across a few old (1920s) photographs and cannot figure out who this one player is. I've figured out the other person and the year, but no clue who the other guy is. Any help would be great!

What I *think* is correct. Player on the right in the road Giants uniform is Roger Hornsby. This has to be from 1927 since that's the only year he played for the Giants. Also, the other player seems to be wearing the home Giants uniform (socks and jersey matches the Baseball Hall of Fame Uniform database)

The Player on the left is Heine Groh, ID by GaryL from baseball-fever.com.

Wow, thank you so much. No idea how you did it, but now I'll be able to sleep at night. I was so caught up in the year 1927 and the Giants that I didn't think it was any other team. Groh was on the Pirates roster that year, so that pic must have been taken when the Giants traded for Hornsby, but before Groh went to Pittsburgh - but looking at his wiki pic, I'm not sure if I'd have been able to identify him by that anyway.

Groh, in both those pictures, is seen with his famous "bottle bat". Notice the tapered handle and wide barrel, compared to Hornsby's more-uniform stick.
