League: Turn Back The Clock Baseball
-TBTC is a Historical League starting in the 1987 season and is being ran by myself and Jason Howard who was the previous commish of the long running FBBL Retro league. Between the two of us we have quite a few years worth of OOTP experience under our belts. The league will have sims 4 days a week and each sim will go 7 days at a time to let everyone utilize the 7 day lineup feature. Tentative schedule for sims will be Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.

Game: OOTP 13 is required and will be used for all exports.

League Notes:
- There will be a FAQ written with all league rules but it isn't done yet.
- There will be a salary cap and it will be a hard cap. We want to strive to have a financially viable league where 75-80% of the teams are not in the red.
- Having ran retro leagues before, it is easy for some people to fall into the idea of tanking to get an upcoming superstar. To combat this, we will have a lottery consisting of the bottom four teams to decide picks 1-4 in the upcoming draft.
-Activity is both monitored and required. Exports are required but we welcome and suggest activity on the boards such as discussion and articles.
