Other leagues
How do I have other leagues to steal players from like the Japanese League with the posting rules. I know how to add leagues but I don't want them to be totally integrated, like trades and free agency. And also just a little nuisance, but all the foreign league players are generated, is there a way that I could have real players? Thanks.

Well, you want to shut off the options for trading among leagues and free agents leaving leagues, then. Don't automatically generate international free agents, either.
In your case, the only thing I can think of is occasionally becoming the commissioner and "cherry-picking" the best Japanese players, transporting them into your MLB free agent pool (you will have to pretend a bit with the posting system because AFAIK that is not in this game . . . yet . . . but you can simulate it by transferring cash from the MLB team to the Japanese team, again as commissioner and editing team finances). As far as the actual Japanese players, you should know that this game comes with only real, current MLB and certain minor league players and the capability of using the Lahman database to import real, historical MLB players. You would have to edit fictional Japanese players to simulate the real ones or, if you're lucky, somebody might have done a roster mod. There was some talk a while back about it; search the Mods forum here.

Ok thanks a lot, I'll look through the mods thread to find the real rosters.
