Brand new league - how to download to managers?

OK - I think I have done everything on the commissioner end - created league, managers, uploaded league to the server and all that...

What steps do my managers need to do to download/load the online saved game?

What do my managers need to do in order to download/install the new league? The start screen doesn't seem to offer this as an option, and I was hoping someone might have an answer. I've looked around, and I don't see this covered anywhere.

Am I missing something obvious?

Close the game, find the save file folder, zip the whole thing up, upload to server, share with league. That's the simple version, there can be more to it if you want.
