Settings for tournament play

Is it possible to set-up tournament play in OOTP? I've played best of seven series in other sims with as many as 64 teams. I enjoy seeing how historical teams perform in this format.
If possible, how do I do this with OOTP?
I'm new to this sim & I love what I've seen.

You could do this with custom playoffs. I think there are a couple of options depending on how you want seeding. You could have 4 divisions of 16 teams, play a short season then have the #16 team play the #1 team (etc) in best of 7 series until a winner is crowned.

You can add add 2 leagues with 32 divisions if you really wanted to control seeding, or 16 divisions (one with 1 seeds, one with 2 seeds, etc).

Then you could import the historical teams accordingly and play it out. Just make sure you turn off trading and free agency so nobody jumps teams.
