when you start in 2012, how is your game setup? Do you have Japan Leagues, International leagues, and all in your game? How do you set all that up? Do you allow trades to be put through from all leagues? I was the most realistic setup as well as settings, Can someone help?

If you use the MLB quickstart you can add those leagues after. They won't have real players in them though. You can setup which options you want.

For my main league (started in 1999, now in 2011) I created the Nippon in 2005. I have trades turned off and doesn't allow FA's from other leagues.
NYY traded Andy Petite to Seibu for a 4 star SP prospect. I reversed that trade then turned on what I had mentioned. The other thing is although Nippon allows 2? international players per team they were going after the highest paid players from MLB. I also tuned their finances down from modern to mid 1990's.
There are tons of former *** players in 3 of my other 4 leagues (Australia doesnt allow FA from other leagues and trading is also turned off) My backup C was a 4 time *** all star and I have 3 MR between ML and AAA that were effective SP in ***.
