bwub60 Bat Boy Join Date: Mar 2012 Posts: 5	OOTP World Dynasty trying to do one where the team is only allowed so many foreign (15) the rest come from the country they are based out of. problem is China seems to be producing 2/3 of the players. anyone have any advice with this?
